Sesame is a residential care home providing personal care and support for up to four people with a learning disability and/or autistic spectrum disorder, some with additional long-term health conditions and complex communication needs. The CQC found the service continues to be rated good, with staff focused on people's strengths, choice and independence.

Inspectors found people felt safe, were supported to lead active lives and take part in social activities they enjoyed. People were involved in planning their own care and encouraged to take positive risks to improve their wellbeing. Staff understood individual needs well and treated people with kindness, fostering a confident, inclusive and empowered way of life.
