The CQC found this reassessment showed significant improvement, with the provider no longer in breach of regulations previously identified around infection control, staff recruitment, risk management and quality assurance systems.
Inspectors found a clean, well-run home led by two registered managers who supported staff and monitored standards through regular checks. People felt safe and were encouraged to make choices and stay active, with families welcomed and helped to keep in touch using technology. Relatives and professionals described the home as friendly and efficient.
