Autumn Lodge - Bognor Regis

Autumn Lodge supports up to 18 people in a care home setting where residents report enjoying their time and experiencing a happy, relaxed atmosphere. Staff are attentive and demonstrate good understanding of people's backgrounds and individual support needs. New staff shadow experienced carers for a month before working independently, and training is regularly refreshed to maintain standards.
