The Sloane Nursing Home

The Sloane Nursing Home provides residential accommodation with nursing care for up to 36 people, some living with dementia or in poor physical health. The CQC found the service remains Good overall, with people protected from risk, treated with kindness and dignity, and supported by enough staff. Medicines were managed well, and care reflected people's personal choices and preferences.

Leaders were found to be visible and approachable, and staff felt valued and supported. Feedback on food and activities was mixed, with some residents wanting more variety and stimulation, but people generally felt safe and spoke positively about the care they received.
