The accommodation spans four floors with communal lounges, dining rooms, and a garden on each level. Residents reported feeling safe and well supported, with one person stating "They are nice people, I can't praise them enough.

" The home operates effective safeguarding procedures and risk assessment systems to protect people from harm. Staff are safely recruited and appropriately deployed to meet residents' needs, and managers review incidents transparently to learn from issues when they occur. The service works with local partners on safe medicines management and maintains suitable COVID-19 protections including appropriate use of personal protective equipment, testing, and vaccination access.
