Swallows Meadow Court provides nursing and personal care for up to 70 people over the age of 65, with 41 residents at the time of inspection. Indoor visits take place in line with government guidance, with a visiting pod separated by a Perspex screen available for those preferring additional protection, where visitors communicate via intercom.
