The Red House Welfare & Housing Society

The Red House Welfare & Housing Society provides personal care and accommodation for up to 34 people aged 65 and older, with a particular focus on supporting older people and those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 25 people were residing at the service.

Inspectors found that the service had made progress since previous inspections, with enhanced leadership and improved management systems and governance now in place. While some areas for improvement remain, particularly around ensuring consistent effective oversight, the service has strengthened its operations. The focus moving forward is on embedding these new ways of working to ensure consistency across all aspects of care delivery.
