The CQC found the home was performing well, having resolved previous concerns around medicines management and governance. Audits were now effective and medicines were managed safely.

Inspectors found a caring, knowledgeable staff team who understood people's communication needs and supported them to make choices and build independence. Care plans were personalised, healthcare needs were well met, and relatives described a warm, homely atmosphere with confident, responsive management and good involvement in their family members' care.
