About The Hollies

The Hollies is a residential care home in Lincolnshire, supporting autistic people and people with a learning disability. Details of the CQC's most recent findings are set out below.

The Hollies is a care home without nursing that supports autistic people and people with a learning disability, with a small number of residents at the time of assessment. The CQC found the service was performing well, with staff appropriately trained and enough of them in place to support people safely while encouraging social activities and independence.

Inspectors found risks were managed proactively, with positive behaviour plans helping reduce anxiety, and staff demonstrated good understanding of the Mental Capacity Act. People, relatives and staff felt listened to, and a previous breach identified at the last assessment had been met. Relatives described caring, attentive staff who helped residents live full and varied lives.
