The Hawthorns

The Hawthorns provides personal care for up to nine people with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder. At the time of inspection, all nine places were occupied. The home is designed around principles of person-centred support, enabling residents to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence. Staff deliver planned and coordinated care tailored to each individual's needs and preferences, supporting residents to achieve the best possible outcomes and live as full a life as possible.
