The Oaks Care Home

Residents told inspectors they received kind, compassionate care from staff who knew them well and treated them with respect. The home captures people's views through meetings and questionnaires, with feedback on actions taken shared via a notice board. Staff support residents to have maximum choice and control of their lives.
