The premises are clean and well-maintained, with staff following robust cleaning schedules monitored by the registered manager. Staff appropriately use and regularly change personal protective equipment throughout the day, with daily monitoring by management.

COVID-19 tests are carried out in line with good practice guidance, and the environment has been adapted to maximise social distancing with new flooring and chairs purchased to facilitate thorough cleaning and reduce infection spread.
