People felt safe and described staff as kind and helpful. Relatives praised staff for being skilled and knowledgeable, expressing satisfaction with the care and support provided. The home has effective systems to monitor people's safety and welfare, with all incidents, events and unexplained injuries properly recorded and investigated.
