Inspectors found a welcoming, clean home personalised to people's preferences, with enough staff to provide safe care and kind, caring interactions observed throughout. People were supported to take part in community activities, maintain relationships, and access healthcare, while staff understood and applied the principles of the Mental Capacity Act.
