About The Limes Residential Home

The Limes Residential Home is a residential care home in Derby, providing care and support for people who need help with daily living. Details of the CQC's most recent findings are set out below.

The Limes Residential Home provides residential care and support for people, including those who may not be able to communicate their experience directly. The CQC found the service was performing well overall and rated it Good. Falls were safely managed, with risks properly assessed and specialist equipment in place, and people and relatives were involved in planning care, including before admission.

People told inspectors they felt safe and that staff understood their needs well. Structured observations confirmed people were supported safely in line with their assessed needs. Inspectors did note that systems for reviewing and analysing accidents, incidents and falls needed further work to become fully embedded and effective.
