Inspectors found people felt safe and well cared for, with staff who knew their needs and risks that were properly assessed and reviewed. Some people felt they had not been fully involved in their care planning, and two people reported delays waiting for call bells to be answered, though people and relatives felt confident raising concerns and being listened to.
