Derby Heights Care Home in Derby is a residential home for up to 75 people, caring for older people including those living with dementia, mental health conditions, physical disabilities and sensory impairments. The CQC rated the service Good overall, unchanged from its previous inspection.

Inspectors found people felt safe and well cared for, with staff who knew their needs and risks that were properly assessed and reviewed. Some people felt they had not been fully involved in their care planning, and two people reported delays waiting for call bells to be answered, though people and relatives felt confident raising concerns and being listened to.
