The Legard provides care and accommodation for eight adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities across two floors with lift access. The building features eight single bedrooms, assisted bathrooms, a sensory room, and lounges, specifically designed to meet the needs of people with physical disabilities. Spacious living areas accommodate wheelchair users, and overhead tracking systems are installed in bathrooms and bedrooms for hoists.

An accessible enclosed garden and two adapted vehicles are available for residents' use, with local amenities within walking distance.

Staff numbers were sufficient to support residents safely, with staff trained in identifying and reporting abuse to protect people from harm. The service maintained its Good rating at this inspection.
