The Laurels

The Laurels provides personal care to up to six people with mental health needs, acquired brain injury, or learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, five people lived at the home, with four receiving personal care. Residents felt safe living at the home, though inspectors found that management checks were inconsistent in ensuring the environment remained safe and clean. The home addressed the shortfalls identified during the inspection.
