The Haven

The Haven provides residential care with personal support to up to 32 people in one adapted building, with current occupancy at 30 residents. The service supports people with various care needs, including those living with dementia. Care plans and risk assessments were being actively reviewed and updated with input from residents and their relatives. While some infection prevention and control measures were temporarily limited due to necessary renovations, the provider had already invested in substantial refurbishment work that was underway during the inspection. Environmental checks confirmed the building and equipment were safe, and medicines were administered safely and appropriately.
