The Hamptons Care Centre

The Hamptons Care Centre is a nursing home supporting up to 76 older people, including those living with dementia or physical disabilities. At inspection, 55 people were resident there. The home offers single en suite bedrooms across two floors with sufficient communal spaces for residents' needs.

Procedures to protect people from harm or abuse were robust, and staff managed medicines safely with in-depth training to assess their competency. The manager has maintained a positive, caring working culture throughout the pandemic, with staff clear about their responsibilities. One resident commented, "The staff have been fantastic."
