The Hadlows

The Hadlows provides personal care to seven people with acquired brain injuries, with capacity for up to nine residents. The home supports people in pursuing their interests and goals, including cooking, employment and visiting places of interest. Residents are encouraged to be independent and involved in planning and preparing meals, which are social occasions where people and staff eat together. Everyone said staff knew them well and that they enjoyed spending time with them.

Staff follow guidance to meet residents' health, social and personal care needs. Residents receive reminders about medical appointments, and the home works in partnership with healthcare professionals to ensure health needs are met.
