Rosedene

Rosedene provides accommodation and personal care for a maximum of six people, with five residents living there at the time of the visit. The service is designed around promoting choice, independence and inclusion for people with learning disabilities and autism. A registered manager was in post, supporting the delivery of care with a focus on enabling residents to live as ordinary a life as any citizen. The home operates from a dedicated property with spaces designed to support the wellbeing and autonomy of the people who live there.
