The Grove -4

The Grove-4 is a care home supporting up to seven autistic people or people with a learning disability with their personal care. The CQC found the service had improved since its last inspection, moving from Requires Improvement to Good, and was no longer in breach of regulations relating to governance.

Inspectors found people were kept safe, staff were trained and caring, and relatives described noticeable improvements in their family member's wellbeing. However, some care plans and risk assessments were not always kept up to date, medicines management had some unsafe elements, and staff deployment sometimes limited meaningful interaction with people.
