Penniston Barn

Penniston Barn provides personal care to six adults with learning disabilities. The service demonstrates good infection control practices, with visitors having their temperature taken and wearing personal protective equipment. Staff have received training in the correct use of PPE, and the service maintains an ample supply.

The home actively supports residents to maintain contact with families and friends through planned visits, video calls, and telephone contact. A sensory room has been set up in an outdoor building to facilitate these visits, enabling people to meet with their visitors comfortably.
