Woodlands House provides accommodation and nursing or personal care for up to three people with learning disabilities and associated needs. The home was fully occupied at inspection. Staff actively supported residents to lead social lives, implementing appropriate safety measures including COVID-19 testing when people went out.

The home was clean and well-maintained, with daily schedules in place to ensure hygiene standards were upheld. Staff had access to plentiful supplies of personal protective equipment and had received training in its use. The provider followed appropriate procedures for self-isolation to protect both the safety and wellbeing of residents.
