The Gardens

The Gardens, in Wolverhampton, is a newly registered residential home offering bespoke, one-to-one support to a single adult with a learning disability, autism or mental health needs. The CQC rated the service Outstanding overall, finding exceptional, individualised care delivered by staff specifically recruited for the person's needs, with strong leadership and a positive culture shared by everyone at the home.

Inspectors found the person was safeguarded well, medicines were managed safely and infection control was properly considered. Staff felt supported and involved, and relatives were happy with the care, staff and management, describing a service that placed the person firmly at the centre of their own support.
