The Fernes

The Fernes provides personal care for up to 52 older people across three floors in Fareham. The middle floor, called Memory Lane, offers specialised support for people living with dementia, while general residential care is available on the ground and top floors.

Staff at the service are exceptionally kind, caring and compassionate, consistently promoting residents' dignity, privacy and independence. Strong caring values run through the home, placing people at the centre of their care and creating a warm, family-like environment. People and their relatives feel at home in the service, with staff often going the extra mile to ensure residents enjoy a good quality of life.
