The Crescent is a residential care home providing personal care to five people with learning disabilities. Staff understand safeguarding procedures and have access to risk assessments to protect residents from harm. The home maintains sufficient staffing levels recruited through safe procedures, and staff are trained to support people with their prescribed medicines.

Hygiene systems are in place to prevent infections, and the registered manager provides ongoing support to ensure staff remain skilled in their roles. The home monitors incidents and takes action to prevent recurrence.
