Merrington Grange is a residential care home for up to 9 people with a learning disability and autistic people, split across three buildings each with their own communal areas. At the time of the CQC's assessment, 7 people lived there, and the service was rated Good overall.

Inspectors found people received personalised support built around their goals, with good staffing levels and effective management of risk. Previous concerns about governance had been resolved and were no longer a breach. Feedback from people and relatives was positive, describing kind, attentive staff who knew residents well and encouraged confidence in raising concerns.
