The Chantry

The Chantry is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 16 adults with learning disabilities. At the time of assessment, 10 people were living there. This review was carried out after the provider's sister home closed, prompting inspectors to look closely at governance and oversight at The Chantry.

Inspectors found the service performing well and meeting expectations. Care was found to be safe, effective and caring, with a responsive approach to people's needs and good leadership and management overall. The home retained its Good rating across all areas assessed.
