The Ark Care Lodge Limited

The Ark Care Lodge is a residential care home providing personal care to 15 adults with learning disabilities, with capacity for up to 18 residents across two adapted buildings. During the inspection, inspectors found that the service did not consistently provide care aligned with best practice guidance for supporting people with learning disabilities. Residents did not always receive planned and co-ordinated person-centred support that was appropriate and inclusive, meaning they were not able to live as full and meaningful a life as possible with the control, choice, and independence they deserve.
