The Assessment and Rehabilitation Centre is an integrated health and social care provider supporting up to 33 people with accommodation across two floors. The staff team includes rehabilitation support workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and nurses. At the time of inspection, 23 people were staying at the centre.

Residents reported feeling safe and well-supported by staff. The centre enables people to be as independent as possible through careful risk assessment and support with managing avoidable risks. Staff demonstrated strong understanding of safeguarding practices and protection from abuse.
