Glenroyd

Glenroyd provides residential nursing and personal care for up to 78 people, including younger adults, older people, and those living with dementia or physical disabilities. At inspection, 70 people were using the service. The home comprises four distinct units across three floors with lift access, communal areas on each floor, multiple bathrooms, and an accessible rear garden. Aids and adaptations are in place to support people's individual needs.

Relatives reported that people felt safe and staff met their basic care needs, though they noted that staff deployment was not always effective. Concerns were raised about low staffing levels and the impact this had on the service's operations.
