The Aelred Wing at St Hilda's Priory

The Aelred Wing at St Hilda's Priory provides residential care and accommodation to up to 12 Sisters of the Order of the Holy Paraclete, with seven living there at the time of inspection. The service operates from one adapted building.

Sisters reported feeling safe at the home. Staff had received safeguarding training and felt confident reporting concerns. Risks to residents' health, safety and wellbeing had been properly assessed, and staff understood how to keep people safe. Staff responded promptly to residents' needs and were attentive in their support. The registered manager monitored staffing levels carefully to ensure adequate staff were always on duty.
