Peregrine House

Peregrine House accommodates up to 40 older people, with 35 residents living there at the time of inspection. The home provides personal care and accommodation for its residents.

Staff implemented robust infection control measures, requiring all staff and essential visitors to wear appropriate personal protective equipment, complete NHS Track and Trace information, and have their temperature checked before entering. The home actively supported residents' social and emotional wellbeing, with staff and management keeping family members informed about government guidance updates. Relatives stayed connected with their loved ones through regular telephone calls, garden visits, and video calls to maintain contact during restrictions.
