Terry Yorath House provides ten permanent and two short stay places for adults with profound physical disabilities. Located on a housing estate in Leeds near Roundhay Park, it has convenient access to local shops, pubs and a health centre. At inspection, ten people were using the service.

The premises were clean with hand sanitisers and PPE stations positioned throughout the building. Prominent signage and instructions promoted infection prevention practices. Staff were observed wearing appropriate PPE consistently, with one person noting that "the staff wear masks all the time here.
