Tennyson Grange

Tennyson Grange provides personal and nursing care to up to 83 people, predominantly older adults, some living with dementia. At inspection, 55 people were using the service. Staff have received safeguarding training, understand risks to people's safety and know what action to take. The home maintains suitable staffing levels with appropriately skilled and experienced staff, and is actively recruiting to improve consistency of support. The provider carries out thorough recruitment and criminal records checks on all new staff.

People are involved in planning their own care and can express their choices about how support is provided. Care records reflect individual needs and preferences, and staff deliver care in line with people's wishes. Staff know people well and understand how to meet their specific needs, supported by relevant training to deliver appropriate care.
