Tendercare Home Ltd

Tendercare provides residential care and accommodation for up to 43 people, some of whom live with dementia. At the time of inspection, the service was supporting 27 people.

The home has made significant improvements with systems now in place to ensure people are supported safely and protected from harm. Residents receive medicines when needed and are supported by skilled, competent staff. The service has established systems to reduce infection risks and reviews incidents and accidents to identify lessons for improvement. Management changes have been implemented to drive continued development of the service.
