The home is rated Requires Improvement overall. The CQC found that a safeguarding incident had not been properly acted upon, raising concerns about leadership capability and staff training, and the provider remained in breach of regulations on safeguarding and governance despite previous warnings.

On the positive side, inspectors found care was based on assessed needs, with medicines, infection control and the environment managed safely. Staffing levels were adequate, and people spoke positively about their care, describing staff and support as good.
