Tanworth Court

Tanworth Court provides personal care to up to 60 people, including older adults and younger people with physical disabilities, sensory impairment or dementia. At inspection, 41 people were living at the service. Staff, residents and families work together to assess and manage risks, with support plans reflecting individual needs and promoting wellbeing. The home maintains a safe, clean and well-maintained environment where people and their representatives are involved in decisions about their care.

Staff support people to make decisions in their best interests and help them access specialist health and social care services to maintain independence and wellbeing. The service operates with policies that promote maximum choice and control, supporting people in the least restrictive way possible. The registered manager is committed to developing a culture of improvement and transparency, with staff regularly evaluating the quality of support provided alongside residents, families and other professionals.
