Tanglewood Cloverleaf

This nursing and residential home accommodates up to 72 people across three floors, providing personal and nursing care. At the time of inspection, 65 people were resident. While staffing levels were adequate on the day of the visit, feedback from residents, staff and management indicated the service had experienced shortages due to sickness and departures. The management team had implemented clear plans to address these challenges and had already recruited new staff, continuing efforts to strengthen the team.

People felt safe at the home, with safeguarding systems and processes in place to protect them from abuse. Risk assessments were conducted and appropriate measures implemented to reduce safety risks. Staff received training suited to their roles, and medicines were safely managed. The service maintained clear infection prevention practices and well-managed nutritional and health support. The environment was well maintained.
