Cathedral Care Centre

Cathedral Care Centre provides personal and nursing care to 34 residents aged 65 and over, with capacity for up to 36 people. The service includes five allocated beds for transitional care, supporting people moving between hospital discharge and returning to community living.

Systems and processes are in place to identify and manage risks associated with people's care, though further work is needed to ensure environmental risks are identified and mitigated. Residents and their relatives report feeling safe with the staff who support them. Staff have received safeguarding training and demonstrate understanding of their responsibilities to reduce risks to people in their care.
