Tanglewood

Tanglewood is a residential care home supporting up to six people with learning disabilities and autism, many with complex health needs and physical disabilities. At the time of inspection, all six places were occupied. The service provides personalised, person-centred support tailored to individual needs and goals, with staff working to increase residents' confidence and independence. Care is delivered in ways that respond to changing needs, focusing on residents' strengths and offering meaningful choices that enhance their quality of life. Staff demonstrate innovation and creativity in providing stimulation and interaction opportunities, ensuring residents can live fulfilling lives with control and autonomy over their support.
