Cabrini House 2 (Diagrama Healthcare)

Cabrini House 2 provides accommodation and support for up to seven people with learning difficulties and autism. At the time of inspection, seven people were living there. The home is one of three similar small homes owned by the provider on the same residential road. The service is designed to enable people to live full, meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence through planned, person-centred support. All seven residents were present during the inspection, allowing inspectors to observe daily routines and interactions between staff and those using the service.
