Sycamore Park Care Home

Sycamore Park provides personal care for up to 46 people across three separate floors, each with adapted facilities. The middle floor specialises in supporting people living with dementia. At inspection, 41 people were using the service.

People felt safely supported and reported having secure relationships with staff who knew them well. The home maintained consistent staff deployment to meet individual needs, with robust recruitment practices in place to ensure staff were suitable to work with vulnerable people. Individual risk assessments were conducted to support safe care.
