Jasna Gora Residential Care Home

Jasna Gora provides residential care for up to 12 older people, many of whom have Polish backgrounds. At the time of inspection, 10 residents lived at the home. The home maintains clear procedures for visitor management to support infection prevention and control, with separate entrances for different types of visitors. The premises is clean and well-maintained with robust hygiene regimes in place, and staff demonstrate very good oversight of infection prevention practices throughout.

Staff support residents' social, emotional and psychological well-being to prevent social isolation. The home implements effective visitor procedures and maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas.
