Sway Place

Gracewell of Sway provides personal and nursing care to 53 people aged 65 and over, with capacity for up to 68 residents, some living with dementia. The home is arranged over three floors and features large gardens and patio areas offering safe outdoor leisure space. Residents felt safe and central to the service, receiving outstanding, personalised care tailored to individual needs. Staff developed exceptionally positive and caring relationships with residents and their families, maintaining privacy and dignity throughout.

Inspectors received consistent positive feedback from residents, families, and health professionals, with particular praise for the service's expertise in supporting people with dementia. Staff demonstrated high motivation and commitment to providing compassionate, individualised care that went above and beyond expectations.
