Westholme

Westholme is a residential care home providing personal care to 13 people with acquired brain injuries or mental health conditions, with capacity for up to 14 residents. Staff are appropriately recruited and sufficiently staffed to meet people's needs. The home manages medicines safely, maintains effective infection control practices, and ensures people's needs are properly assessed. Dietary requirements are met and residents are supported to access healthcare services as needed.

Staff are reported by residents to be kind and caring, supporting people with dignity and encouraging independence. The home promotes maximum choice and control, supporting residents in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests. The physical environment is well-designed and suitable for residents' needs. Safeguarding procedures are in place, with staff trained to report concerns of abuse and manage risks to keep people safe.
