Sutton Hall and Lodge

Sutton Hall and Lodge provides personal and nursing care to adults of all ages, including those living with dementia and sensory impairments. The service can accommodate up to 60 people across one adapted building over two floors, with four separate wings designed to support those living with dementia and those requiring nursing care. At the time of inspection, 43 people were using the service.

Inspectors identified several areas requiring improvement. The building's upkeep needed attention, and there were incomplete or missing risk assessments on file. Staff were not consistently following infection prevention and control guidance across the service.
