Staff are well-trained and staffing levels are safe, with robust systems in place to safeguard residents and manage risks effectively.

The home has governance structures that monitor and improve care quality, and the provider actively seeks feedback from residents, families and staff to drive improvements.

Medicines are managed safely, though inspectors recommended improved documentation for pain patch rotation. The service learns from incidents when they occur. People, relatives and staff spoke positively about the registered manager and the care provided.

Residents are supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff enabling them to make decisions in their best interests using the least restrictive approaches possible.
